"Cancelled on me the morning of my son’s birthday. I booked a mobile petting zoo for my son’s birthday 6 months in advance. Jennifer had written the wrong time of the party down, did not reply to my text the day before the party asking if we were still on (because I had not heard from her), and then cancelled on me the morning of the party because she had a cold. Jennifer said she had been feeling sick days prior to the party and yet she did not think to cancel then or come up with a backup plan for my son’s party. Incredibly unprofessional and disappointing."

"Contacted the owner to set up a mobile petting zoo for my son’s 1st birthday. She was very responsive at first: we discussed payment and chose a date. 2 hours before the party I texted her to check in and she told me she “couldn’t come because her truck broke down.” She agreed to reschedule for 3 days later and said she would contact that morning to confirm. She never did, never showed up, and stopped responding to my calls/text. Can’t speak to the quality of the zoo (I’m sure it would have been great!), but very unprofessional."
