"We didn't stay here, but often bring out of town guests in for a meal at the Hard Rock Cafe. Service and food is always really good. We had an unusual experience at our last visit where, in the cafe, shots were delivered in the cheapest plastic cups imaginable. It looked so bad it colored the rest of the experience. Hard Rock doesn't have shot glasses?"

"So Im not a big gambler but as far as the buffer goes, it was very good. The All you can Eat buffet was absolutely worth it. The Lobster and Crab was fresh, the staff were super nice, and attentive, not to mention the price was pretty low for the value. This place is a winner and I will be back very soon"

"Went to Styx concert for my birthday, what a great venue. It looks like every seat is a good one. The sound was great. Checking in was so easy. I'm definitely going there again for more concerts, plus I won $200 on the slots!!"

"What an amazing experience. We came here for a concert and walked away with a great weekend. We checked in on Saturday, out on Sun. The registration staff were friendly, answered our questions and made us feel welcome. Our room was amazing. May be funny, but my favorite room feature was the shower. Easy to use, great shower head with pressure, and super stylish. The room was a comfortable break from downstairs. There was no scent of smoke in the hotel, including our room or hallway. Even the casino air was surprisingly clean. The entire facility was clean and easy to get around. Our concert experience was also great. We had great seats, and the venue, sound system, and experience were also 5 star. We ate dinner and lunch here and again had very pleasant experiences. As for the casino, we did leave with a bit more in our pockets, so it was a great culmination to a great weekend. Too bad it is a little far from home, but we now know what to expect the next time we visit. Thank you for a great experience."

"Just wanted to give a great review to the gal that was my server at the Hard Rock center bar. Alison was her name. I'd have to say, she is the best bartender I have ever encountered. Fast, knows her stuff, funny, and a quick wit. This woman was running that bar like I've never seen before, never skipped a beat. I wasn't real impressed with the other 2 bartenders. They were rude, slow, and very caddy towards others. Thank you for your time and a great night out. Marc"
