"The reviews scared me a little bit but I wound up staying here anyway due to the proximity to the airport and the shuttle. Maybe this hotel had a bad break-in period. I had absolutely no issues and it was very clean. I’d stay here again."

"EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PROPERTY! Terrible customer service. The front desk staff was not helpful at all. I couldn't even get a simple receipt from the desk clerk. The gym was closed unexpectedly a couple days. This property is practically brand new and still has a ton of issues. I asked to speak to the manger several times to express my concerns and kept getting the run around by the front desk staff. I asked for the manager's name, phone number, business card, or any form of contact and was refused any information. They simply said the manger was not there at the time and to try again later. Another time I came to the front desk to check if a manger was there, they gave me the same answer and as I was walking away, were even laughing amongst themselves at me and my request. They seemed to have no care about my quality of stay. I came to the lobby a third time to check for the manager and finally was able to speak to a lady who claimed to be the "supervisor" who was also at the front desk the previous two times I asked! Why would they not let me speak to her during those times? I felt discriminated and the Hyatt corporation should be aware of the staff's incompetencies. Additionally, the heating/ac unit in our room was extremely loud. We notified the staff and they came to look at it but were not able to fix or move us to a new room. Again, this property just opened up and is already feeling like its 50 years old! AVOID AT ALL COSTS."

"Pick up at SMF by the van was on time, clean and great driver. Check in late hour was easy and speedy. Never do we need partake in the breakfast but certainly gals we did. The dining room was clean, the food was fresh, the selection was amazing. We sat for a couple of hours, ate and watched the news. The room was clean, the pillows and beds was very comfortable. Check out with a smile by Shagun was a great end of our short stay. This is exactly what Sacramento needed. I highly recommend and we will stay here when we return."

"I was a little nervous staying here after reading the reviews. My fears were unfounded as I had a nice stay here. It's about 10 minutes from the airport. After landing, I had to wait approximately 20 minutes for the shuttle, as they come every 30 minutes. The staff at the front desk were very friendly. My room was clean and spacious. The shower head seemed a little dated, but that is my only complaint. Breakfast options were limited, but the coffee and steel cut oats were delicious. I would definitely stay here again."

"This is a beautiful new hotel close enough to the airport. They need to work with their cleaning team. There were lots of little hairs in the bathroom, the sink wasn’t completely clean, the shower bottle needed to be refilled. Breakfast was good over all. Get the top floor or you will hear every footstep above you."
