"I was dropped off 30 minutes before checked in time at 3 pm I had requested a early check in. When I got there they said they could not accommodate me. I could NOT wait in the lobby that I would have to wait outside but not near the hotel area in the parking lot by the other business ( Smoke shop) I didn't have my car with me. I had a bunch of luggage and a little dog. It was cold outside. I called cooperate office and when cooperate office spoke with them they lied and said they were short staffed and they had no rooms available for early checked in and only one person in the office. I took pictures of empty hotel and pictures of 2 stuff members outside the office in addition to the staff person inside. For calling cooperate office they made me wait even longer and then they told cooperate they would just refund my money. I could go stay somewhere else. The staff was indifferent that it was extremely cold outside they made me go to the parking lot area with all my luggage and stand there like some homeless person and a little dog. What kind of people would do that to a person. These people don't not belong in hospitality business. They act like customers are the enemy that is just there to make them work. They did everything they could to discourage me staying there. They were rude they lied but I took pictures of the emply hotel and the additional staff they said they didn't have. Please go don't bother giving this current management who obviously doesn't care that their staff is truly involved in discrimination and has no concerned about the safety of their guests and little animals... Shame on all of You."

"Very disappointed. Parking was limited and construction workers that were staying there were allowed to take up 1 1/2 parking spaces and also move a dumpster into a parking space so they could save the parking spot. Complained on 3 different occasions and the front desk clerk failed to take care of this problem. I was forced to park next door at the smoke shop and then get up at 7am and move my vehicle to a parking space after the construction workers left in the morning."

"We’ve stayed here a couple of times. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy and the customer service is on point. Patty at the front desk has an awesome personality and had made our stays a great experience. Keep up the great work!"

"Checked in the male at the front desk is rude and speaking condescending. I paid cash for two weeks and I was told a different quote when setting up the reservation. Asked for receipt haven't received anything yet. Really don't want to stay here. By the way his name is Ben."
