"Please go find somewhere else to live. This place was not worth the money. Extremely loud and the fees are outrageous and they slapped an $800 dollar move-out bill on top of it. Ridiculous."
"If you are a delivery driver from Amazon Flex, Doordash, UberEATS, etc, I want to warn you this place tows your car even if you let them know you're delivering. Fortunately I avoided my car being towed. Manager and tenants are really aggressive when it comes to parking spot. Avoid to deliver here at all costs."
"I absolutely love living here. The management is very responsive and very friendly. The grounds are kept very clean and it feels safe. The views are amazing, it is so quiet. I can sit on my patio read a book and just soak it all in. The BBQ area is kept clean along with the pool area. Neighbors are very friendly. There is not one bad thing I can say about living here. They are pricey but for the amenities we get it is less than some apartments in Santee that are far more expensive. We can literally walk anywhere we are in the middle of a lot."
"UPDATE: I wanted to leave an update after living at the Parc One community for one year. We ended up not renewing our 1 bedroom lease because we chose to move out of state (for cheaper cost of living). I really loved living at Parc One! The apartments were well insulated and the only time I heard neighbors was when people were passing by my front door in the hallway. There was construction going on next to our apartment while we lived there - townhouses were being built. The noise was not unbearable though especially with the windows closed. The apartments are walking distance from Santee Town Center and I routinely walked to Target and other food places. It gets VERY hot in Santee during the summer but this complex had central AC which made living there very comfortable. Parking is limited, if you have a lot of cars this complex might not be for you. You get 1 assigned parking spot per apartment and the spaces are tight so you have to be careful how you park. The apartment is located right by the San Diego river (which means lots of mosquitos) BUT during some parts of the year you are able to hear frogs at night and it was soooo relaxing! Rachel Skakie was the leasing specialist who helped us during our move-in and move-out process. She was so helpful the entire time we lived there! If you decide to move in assume you will not get your deposit back unless you are leaving the apartment in pristine condition! The reason for this is that you are not charged for your first 2 months of utilities (water, trash, and sewer) so this is taken out of your deposit when you move out. Knowing this ahead of time will hopefully give you realistic expectations about the move-out process. If San Diego had not become so expensive we would have renewed our lease and I would definitely move back! Thank you Parc One! (Original Review) I love my apartment! The community is clean, I am unable to hear my neighbors, and any maintenance requests have been quickly addressed. Visitor parking seems to be well enforced as well, ensuring we have parking available when visitors come to see us, and residents are not taking these spots."
"The view is amazing and the staff beyond exceptional. Its been a pleasure watching this complex blossom and grow with each passing day. Edit: One year later. My wife, roommate, and I are still loving this place and have gladly renewed our lease. While easily the most expensive complex in Santee, it has been well worth the cost in terms of views, locations, quality, and management. The issues reported in other reviews here are *not* the fault of the management whom have been working with residents and police to resolve, but are issues faced practically anywhere along the San Diego river. Anyone assuming the issues are unique here are willfully blind. My experiences with the management have always been great with them listening to anything I have to offer and promptly addressing any issues I may have. The management hosts seasonal events and fully catered parties free of charge to residents and their guests. The 24 hour gym is kept clean and stocked. Residents leave extra toys in the dog park for anyone who may want them as well as beach balls for the pool. The landscaping has filled in beautifully now that it's had a year to grow. The community has only improved as its grown. We are looking forward to this coming year and the years to follow. Edit: Even more years later... We are still living here and still loving it. Edit: Yet another year as we're still here loving every day of it. It's been amazing watching the the trees grow thicker and taller each year and now that they've finally settled on drought friendly astroturf in the central area, my only standing complaint has been resolved. Now if only I can convince them to just straight up sell my my unit..."
