"My first time driver daughter spun off the road into a ditch not far from DC Auto. I stopped in there to talk to Chad Katalinik(?) . He was very understanding and compassionate for a worried mom whose daughter ended up in a ditch. He looked the car over. Gave us good advice on future bad weather and fixed the cars heater. He and his whole team were very helpful and understanding. I can't thank them enough for their care and compassion. Definitely a place to go to get your car taken care of."
