"I was under a lot of stress with being told the car I just bought from Carvana had bad tires. I brought it to Firestone and they told me my tires were bald and had dry rot; my oil was bad and coolant was low and needed to be flushed. I'm sorry I don't remember the girl's name who helped me get Carvana to pay for everything. This was such a huge relief.. If they wouldnt have paid I would have returned the car- which then I'd be without a car. I so greatly appreciate her help! All the people I had contact with were very nice and helpful. I truthfully left there with a huge weight off my shoulders."
