"(Not a new review--edited) My first experience with this company was with my Pontiac Sunfire. The temperature gauge spiked, it turned out to be a bubble caught in my coolant. I was only charged towing. My second and third times was with my Honda Civic. My alternator and battery were both dead. They towed me and though they don’t normally work on foreign cars, they found a new alternator for me, while I had provided the battery. The very next day, my alternator shorted, killing my battery as well. Was towed once more, and wasn’t charged for the new alternator or battery, only for the tow and labor. Although costly, they provided me with a slight discounted price for the trouble. I have not had any issues since. The staff is easy to chat with, and this company is my preferred auto-shop and towing service. I wish I could rate more than 5 stars."
