Country Inn Banning

"DO NOT BOOK!!! This is the worst hotel which should be called a motel you can ever stay at. Literally just pay 20 dollars more for another place 1-2 miles away. The headache is not worth it. I can’t say anything about the inside because I was never given keys to a room. When my father and I arrived for a vacation we were greeted with a wait time of 30 minutes for no one to be working at the front desk. And after waiting for what seemed like an eternity we were welcomed by no one. As we were leaving the front office there was someone outside throwing gang signs at us… very welcoming and reassuring. We had to purchase another room at another place because we did not want to wait another 30 minutes to an hour just to be checked in and didn’t want to be shot up. The worst part is they denied the accusation that no one was working and when asked to review the cameras at the time we arrived we were denied and no refund was given for a room that was never used or able to be used. From the other reviews it also seems like the room cleanliness is awful. DO NOT BOOK!!!!"

"Worst ever...front desk office tremendously rude wife and husband. Would never go back! I rather stay in my car it's that's bad. No respect what's so ever. Rooms are filthy carpet is very dirty. Beds are gross! Not even close to a star!"

"Room was way overpriced: $167.00. Heat was not very reliable. Extra small and well worn bath towels. No mat or rug to step on getting out of the shower. Slick floors. No reading lamps by the bed. I discovered later we could have stayed at Hampton Inn for about $140 and it was only about two miles away. I would never stay here again"

"I really like this place. Management and staff are friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are simply furnished and clean. The noise level from freeway traffic is tolerable. Even in the back (where it's loudest) it is still okay. You're within a few minutes drive for food and Morongo Casino is only five miles away."

"WORST HOTEL EVER NO NOT BOOK!!!!! Called and booked a room on Saturday May 20, 2017 paid over the phone with a credit card. Was told to be there by 2:00 am may 21st. Arrived at 1:15am and discovered a customer who had been there 20 min and said no one's in the office. The guy took off, and my girlfriend and I rang the doorbell and called repeatedly to no avail. Needless to say we ended up going to a spot up the street less than a mile and a half away found a better rate a much nicer room and the customers had much nicer things to say about the motel in general. Do not choose this hotel avoid it like the plague their business it's Shady they are a rip-off they stole money from us because we paid for room we couldn't use you had to pay for another one luckily we were able to afford it otherwise would have been sleeping in the car."
