"my friends spent a night here. In general, the hotel is quiet. In the morning we went down to the reception and the lady did not say hello and we wanted to go for a coffee and water and she told us that the breakfast area was closed. there was a lot of breakfast food and she practically denied us entry to that area while she was talking on the phone not with clients. The lady at the reception was very rude."

"I can't say enough about the front desk staff who haven't had a bad rud or unconcerned person yet we tend to ask for probably more than other guests. I have a skin condition which causes me to need more than others do . Towels are a big deal for me I can't use the same one more than 1 time and I use a lot of hand towels Most hotels frown upon supplying their guests with extra lining on a daily basis. Laundry is often very rough and towels feel dry and hard it's very hard for me to use them when they feel like that. The staff is always very accommodating to us they go above and beyond to meet our needs never rude nor do i feel like an inconvenience when asking for things never an attitude except for one of a willingness to help and please there guests they truly care and show concern for my over all well being. A pleasant and refreshing change from the don't care attitude too many businesses have these days so thanks to all the staff"

"Avoid at any cost! Stopped by in a road trip after trying other options. Rate was the double of other motels and service was 5x less. The worst thing is that when I saw the brand Quality I thought it would be a good experience because I had a good recall of the Brand but I couldn’t be more wrong. Room did not feel clean. Breakfast time was a nightmare. They said that they have continental but I tried to grab some food and coffee for 2x and there’s nothing. And even there’s food it would be impossible to grab because it was a Very small area that was complete full with only 4 People. I regret myself for being stupid enough to had paid for this place."
