"I have never in my life been treated so negatively in a Walgreens (MANAGER MARIA) has the most awful attitude, no customer service, and was calling me (The F word and pathetic) Also stating I was trash because she thought I was stealing till she then came to the front and saw me purchase the items and laughed She was looking at me with the most vile look as though she wanted to hit me Worst experience ever F for her and if I could could id rate this store 0 stars due to MARIA the MANAGER please Hr read this because of her I'm done shopping at that Walgreens she was so unprofessional Not happy at all"

"Went to Walgreens in Banning for a Covid booster and was told that it would cost $189.00. I’m 70 years old and have a Medicare supplement plan. I decided to try Rite Aid in Beaumont. Got my vaccine there for no out of pocket cost."

"Pharmacist and store manager are rude. I picked up what I thought was my prescription in the drive thru, and as I started to drive off, I opened the bag to find the wrong item was given to me. I immediately got in line again to tell them and they would not give me the right prescription or a refund because it had left the store."

"Went for prescription with a GoodRX coupon for only $50.34 for a drug that is normally over $500.- They gave a partial fill, charged me $13.25 and stated rest would be filled for $37.09 when it came in. It came in and now they want $475.- because it is a different manufacturer!? The coupon states nothing about a specific manufacturer. They even stated I could not transfer to another pharmacy because I took that partial fill. Checked with Rite Aid, they are full of it, so not true! The arrogance and rudeness of the staff blows my mind, anything BUT professional. GO ELSEWHERE!! *Apparently with all the 1 star reviews, they care very little about their job and their clientele....Sad."
