Days Inn by Wyndham Banning Casino/Outlet Mall 2320 West Ramsey Street, Banning, CA 92220

"I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the room seemed clean and the beds were very soft and comfortable. We arrived around 11pm and had to wait 5 minutes for the guy who was able to let us into our room. Not sure what the first guys purpose was… Walls very thin. Could hear every car on the highway and every neighbors conversations, plus our neighbors shutting and opening their doors. We were on a 3 day road trip with a uhaul so the location off the highway was nice, but the parking lot wasn’t big enough for our truck with no other options to park anywhere other than to take up 4 little parking spots which were luckily available. The breakfast was to be expected - some pre-packaged pastry, sunny delight & yogurt. I asked the front desk for a spoon for the yogurt, but they did not offer spoons."

"If anyone is considering this hotel do not bother. Find a different one, this location is a complete rip off. It is very loud from the highway. The rooms have not been remodeled or cleaned in a long time. They are dirty and in very poor condition. The sheets were nasty - covered in stains and some appeared to be from pee. I had to use the comforters to get somewhat of a clean surface to sleep on. They definitely overcharge for what the place offers. I could see paying $60 but not $147. There were some much nicer hotels and motels on my trip that I stayed at. They were all cheaper. This was my first and last night at a Days Inn by Windham location. Let's say I would never stay at their location again and I will make sure to tell any co-worker or friend about their poor conditions. Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately your staff at the hotel was not very easy to approach. It would have been great if they could given me room that has been cleaned but it was difficult to get the person at the front desk to assist. Thank you for the broad and pointless input that your system provided."

"The front desk assistant was exceptionally kind, patient, and accommodating for my long travel and helped me out tremendously by getting me situated in a room as soon as possible. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, also the rooms are very well cleaned and comfortable"

"My recent stint in this so-called hotel was nothing short of a horror story. The room they generously labeled as mine seemed like a relic from the past, desperately begging for a makeover that might never come. Cleanliness was a foreign concept, with stains generously splattered across the carpet and bathroom fixtures that looked like they survived a war. The staff's idea of service was as outdated as the decor, unresponsive and bordering on indifference. Communication breakdowns were rampant, leaving me in perpetual frustration. Noise from neighboring rooms turned my stay into an auditory nightmare, and the central location felt more like a punishment than a perk. I genuinely pray for the souls of future victims—I mean, guests—who might fall prey to this travesty. As for me, I'd rather sleep in a haunted house than endure another night in this sorry excuse for a hotel."
