"My entire experience start to finish has been horrible! If I could use a worse word I would. My insurance company recommended this company and shame on them for doing so. It took three weeks to hear back from the just to set up an estimate. Everything was approved from my insurance then after having my car over a week, the company added over 3k of extra work which put it over for the car to be a complete loss. After deciding to keep my car since it was just hail damage, I am currently sitting at a week to get my car back with no end in site, meanwhile paying out of pocket for a rental. I have had to call every day with excuse after excuse. When I explained the having to pay out of pocket now for a rental since insurance wasn't and asking for an update, I was literally laughed at over the phone. During the process I had asked on multiple occasions for different quotes for additional work out of my pocket, 5 different times, they never once followed up. It is one excuse after another and here I sit a week later with no end in site and continuous excuses. I posted something on a different site and i received about a dozen responses from friends who have had similar experiences. One time is a fluke but when similar feedback from multiple people is the same, that a habit. I am actually worried what they are doing to my car before they return it based on the interactions. Should I be worried there are others things that "will be wrong" when I get it back that weren't there before hand??"
"I am from out of town and discovered I had a smashed sunroof. Brandon was so helpful and kind. He put crash wrap on so that I could drive home safely. So grateful for the wonderful service!"
"This place is top choice. TigerShark, Aware Wolf and Knight One, have visited. They did our car repairs, looks great. Great staff. We have had bumper damage, from a bumber that has a warranty. They said they would call back, they have yet to do so. We got "manager in a meeting". from the new front CSR (miss the first one already, she had a snide attitude. Sure they are pretty busy, still no phone call, email or call. Wonder if they called or emailed the bumper warranty. We stopped by thier shop, because that's who put it on."
"Gerber is the best to get the job done right. Our new SUV was involved in a hit and run. We had the video, the person that fled the scene, insurance adjuster gave us the wrong amount and expected us to accept sub par work. We explained to the professionals at Gerber, we would like to have the SUV brought back up to original showroom finish, they was able to get the other parties insurance company to understand our expectations of quality work, and the adjuster [finally] agreed with Gerber to send additional money to cover the negligent party that hit our vehicle. I will send before and after photos of thier great work when we pick up the vehicle. The customer service team at this location is very professional and will handle all your needs, including any additional damage they find, will go through the process on your behalf with insurance adjusters making it less stressful. They can also set up your rent a car needs and provide pick up and drop off."
"Due to not being able to not post a star at all this Gerber got one they definitely didn’t deserve. Not only did they not fix my vehicle after having it longer than stated they lied about it several times. To make matters worse I received a call from a upset receptionist named Savana about a negative google review. She demanded an explanation and wouldn’t even allow me to answer her questions than hung up in my face. That’s still not the worse part, I than receive a email from the new GM named Monica Junget who claimed to be concerned about what happened. I sent over before and after photos and haven’t heard a thing back. I’m guessing this is due to my Husband’s original post being removed smh. Stay far far away this location and please read the reviews I’m not alone"
