"Let me start off by saying this place is ran by an Indian family and I have nothing against foreigners in the USA but they really have an attitude. They get an attitude if you have any complaints the rooms are $100 plus per night and they act like you're getting the room for free. Check out time is at 11am and I've been here multiple times because I can honestly say the rooms are nice inside but they call you before 11am at 10:50 to tell me with an attitude check out time is at 11am which is unprofessional. This America's best value inn in Rialto off foothill has horrible customer service and if you have to many complaints they'll refuse service to you instead of accommodating your issue. If you want a room with professional customer service I recommend the Americas best value inn in Fontana off valley this place deserves zero stars"
