"I've been living here almost 4 years. I haven't had any issues at all. Clare is awesome, everytime I address her with a maintenance problem she let Jose know right away. Jose is very respectful and comes right in and handle whatever problem that we may have within the house."

"We absolutely love It here! Clare is the absolute best manager, she is extremely nice and is on top of everything. Whenever we need maintenance he comes the same day. They keep the yard so nice and it is always clean. The townhomes are very spacious and everyone is so nice, the kids are able to go out and play safely. This is a great place to live!"

"I have personally enjoyed living here though I hate the train passing by what seems every hr (just exaggerating) of the night it's pretty quiet thought out the day, neighbors are very friendly and look out for one another. Jose the maintenance guy is very swift when coming to fix anything after putting in a request for service and Clare is also great with email responses she is quick and friendly. I would definitely recommend to other. Parking is a difficulty here and they charge for any additional space aside from the garage."

The place is great as well my kids love riding bicycles around the grass area pathway. Neighbors are cautious coming in the residence. No need to worry of speeding cars.
