"Great place to live. Very quiet. Everytime there is an issue with my place its fixed asap. I've had my toilet replaced due to poor pressure... my blinds replaced and shower. Good apartment complex for families."

"Manager is never on on the property except rent time so issues regarding tenants are not addressed she never returns calls and she does not address tenant issues parking issues so there is no supervision on the premises day or night. The office staff cannot address issues because they have no authorization they live their for free but don’t get paid so without the managers authorization so everyone in the office is related to everyone doing maintenance they and no one can do anything without her permission who is never on the property. They seem to rent these apartments to a lot of tenants family in these apartments 1-2 bedroom apartment with 6-10 people in the apartment based on race under the table which is illegal . It looks good but is not ran well."

"The manager kept it as a prison children are not allowed to roller skate bike ride or anything. I don't want my kids to stay in and watch tv. These are family apartments meaning kids will want to play"
