"AMAZING!!! Extremely clean, room was immaculate, very well kept, front desk people were awesome, polite, friendly…room was comfortable and relaxing, I well definitely stay again and will refer it to anyone who needs a place to stay."

"DONT STAY HERE. By far one of the most unprofessional staff, over priced, outdated ran down excuse of a hotel. 4 different cars in the parking lot with people sleeping in them, as security walks by them and seems too over look them. Front desk tried charging my girlfriend and I for "pet fur" in the room. We don't even have any pets. Then the next day they try to change they're excuse to the sheets were stained when my girlfriend happened to start her period the previous night and went as far as saying that were being charged because we did not report any damages. I even asked the lady who was telling me this, "would you not be embarrassed? Would you go up front and report any damages if that happened to you? She responded with "yes I would if I did not want to be charged." We paid the $200 for the damaged sheets only to have them tell us they would not extended our reservation. Again DONT STAY HERE. THIS PLACE IS PRIVATELY OWNED AND WILL JUST TRY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. KIMBERLY AND ESTELLA should be fired, or find new jobs. People like this are in the wrong industry working in hospitality. I really hope management responds to this since they were no where to be found when I asked for them. Couldn't even get a phone number to call from these half whit excuse of employees they have working in the front."

"Absolutely perfect! The service was amazing, the rooms were clean and stocked, they provided information when I needed it and they were just so helpful. This was my first time staying at a hotel by myself and it was absolutely worth it. 10/10 will stay again and I honestly have no complaints."

"This place is a scam! They have very rude dismissive staff members at front desk. They refuse to even give receipts when you check out. They steal customers money and make up fake charges just to take your money! My flight canceled due to faulty of airlines, the hotel charged me even though clearly I could not be there! I only stayed one night and they falsely charged me for some fake stains they made up just to take more money from me! In all the years I stayed in a hotel, I have never incurred any costs from any hotels! This hotel is a scam! Run from them! Also, their beds have bed bugs! I was itching all night and couldn’t sleep due to the dirty beds! Worst hotel in Ontario!"

"Great location to stay! Jocelyn is the one who checked us in and she was very informative about hotel information and policies. The room we had was king size and it was set up perfectly, organized and clean. I used to be in housekeeping so I always check & our room was clean with perfection! I loved that it was private parking. The only bad comment I have to make which has nothing to do with the hotel, is the road the hotel falls on, it should be repaired asap."
