"Booked this hotel for our disneyland vacation. While I knew this would not be luxurious because of the price and ratings we thought it would be good enough to basically sleep in after a day at Disneyland. Unfortunately our door wouldn't lock and we had to get the front staff to come pound on the door handle every time we left the room, not once were we offered a new room. On top of this, there was no hot water at all for our 4 days there. We notified front desk again and they said it should be working and would look into it. Never once got offered anything. When the basics are not met I would have a hard time rating this above a one star. Rooms had dirty carpets but did have microwave and coffee maker but only one pod of coffee. They also said that there is no housekeeping until we check out. So we all had to use the same 2 towels for the 4 days we were there. It does include breakfast which is coffee, cereal, oatmeal and packaged muffin. The walk to disney is along a busy road but doable it's about 25 to 30 min walk entering through downtown Disney. For what we got this hotel should have been much cheaper. Would never stay here again"
"Room was definitely notr cleaned well before arrival, lights burnt out, obvious dirt stains on walls, ect. Service was good, front desk staff is nice. Location is good being walking distance to Disney, however horrible entryway parking is minimal and NOT for light sleepers, its loud. Overall, we could have waited alittle closer to our stay to get a hotel half the price as this and 4.5 star. Not worth the price."
"Pay a little more and stay elsewhere. I did not have a pleasant time. Also, don't mistake this place with Days Inn & Suites, which is what I did, accidentally mixing them up, I'm sure I would've had a better time over there. Anyway, the rooms aren't horrible but not great either. Linens, sheets, cleanliness, microwave, mini-fridge, lights, all fine for a motel. Beds and fold-out sofa were fine too. No bedbugs and relatively clean. HOWEVER, the noise was intolerable. The footsteps of the people in the room above were loud; the toilet in my room kept making loud whirling sounds every 15 mins; since the motel is at a major intersection, the traffic was constant and you'll hear loud engine/exhaust/honks throughout the day/night. Then there were the fireworks from Disneyland. They're launched right across the street and you WILL hear them. Absolutely loud booming explosions. While I was there, it happened nearly every night at 9:30pm for 10 mins. The wifi, not good. Depending on which room you get, the signal will be either weak/slow or none at all. Free "breakfast" was just a small pre-packaged loaf or muffin and tiny kid-sized drinks (milk, OJ, coffee, tea). There is no shuttle to Disneyland, but at least you can walk to the park, it'll take about 30 mins though. I recommend using/buying ART (Anaheim Transportation Network) bus passes. These buses just drive to/from many hotels/motels around Disneyland. There's a laundry room, ice machines, but no common lounge area, no pool, no place to chill really. One last thing, entering or leaving the parking lot is a chore."
"DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is the worst place I've ever stayed in. Makes hotel circus circus, in vegas, look like a 5 star establishment. I dont know where to start, it's crazy. First off, I reserved a room several months in advance, so I would have what we needed. I could not find a handicap room listed, so on the notes section I stated that I needed a handicap accessible room. I reserved this room directly from their site. They never saw the note, cause they have to open my reservation in order to see it. They said it was my responsibility to call them and tell them to open it. The note section said to leave them a note about anything they need to know, so one would assume that it's something they would see. Then when we get there we had to take their elevator to the 3rd floor, which smelled strongly of gasoline, and the safety on the elevator doors didn't work everytime and almost closed on my arm. We get to our room and the door is stuck shut, so it took several trys to push it open. Same thing when trying to leave, we panicked a few times, thinking we were stuck cause it would not open. We get in and the light by the front door, that does not light up the whole room, works. Lights by the beds did not work, and one light bulb was hanging out. The light above the sink had a short or something, because it would not turn on 9/10 times. I had to flip the switch multiple times. The light in the toilet room worked. One mirror was broken off and missing in the sink area. The tub had 2 big yellow stains, the tub faucet stuck out from the wall and looked rigged. The water backed up like crazy in the sink and tub. All the sheets were dirty and had some kind of stain, pillows and towels too. Im assuming they have never shampooed their carpets because our clean feet were black after walking on the carpet barefoot for a few mins. The whole room was very dirty. NO ROOM CLEANING.They said they come to clean only after you leave. Both beds were so worn out that we were being stabbed by springs. The floors felt like they were going to collapse. Could feel the whole place shake from normal walking. I would hate to see how it sounded from the room below. Walls are extremely thin. We were even locked out of our room the day before we our checkout day. They tried to say that both the cards, that were no where near eachother or anything that could demagnetize it, were de magnetized because of us. Front desk was rude majority of the time(different person everytime), and they refused to give us the owners number. They made several excuses about all the issues, and try to blame us from some. They said they could only remove the taxes from our bill but still charged me the whole amount. It was not worth it. I also thought this place was close to the parking lot for disney, it was not. Google maps kept showing me the entrance to the Disney staff parking. So if you are thinking of staying here cause you think it will be a 5min walk to the micky and friends parking, like I did, it's not. It is about a 30min walk, depending on how fast you walk. I had my handicap mother with me, so it took longer the first day(hadn't gotten her scooter yet). We were there for the boogie bash event, and didn't have the funds to find a new place last minute. All places were pretty much booked, except for the places charging 400 a night. Please take my advise and spare yourselves the suffering. You can find a better place for a few dollars more, dont settle for this place."
"Location is fantastic but the look of the place needs alot of help. They might be in a state of transition but some rooms are better than others and even then not by much. Our hot water in the sink didn't work and the faucet itself looked like it was deteriorating. I think they are in the process of changing the locking system on the doors so some doors look like the locks are missing. It's off putting. And the inside lock on our door was broken."
