"Won’t ever be going back. Checked in and payed in full. The next day I decided to stay and payed for the rest of the days I planned to stay. Come to find out that they put a hold of $274 on top of the $548 I had already paid. Maria the front desk attendant was mad because my sister in law brought her pug to meet up with me and she tried to charge my card for $250 for a pet fee. When she was unable to get the funds, she attempted to charge $150, after that she attempted to charge $100. She tried to get anything she could. She stated that it’s policy but once I contacted choice hotel to file a formal complain and start an investigation. I was told she was not supposed to do that. I attempted to contact or speak to the general manager but Maria kept saying she wasn’t in. I was forced to check out early due to all the Filed a police report against Maria for attempting to charge my card without any type of authorization. I am still in the process of getting my refund but I wanted to make people aware of what they do to their guest. Very unprofessional and rude. UPDATE: spoke to the general manager and she was highly more rude than her employee Maria. Once I started talking to her nicely she started talking over me. She has no respect for customers. She states I’ll be getting my money back but I have to wait 72 hours. Once I told her I spoke to choice hotels about them being investigated she started to get even more mad. She stated “next time go to a hotel that has a manager on duty” be aware they will scam you at this hotel"

"Maria the front desk is the rudest! First they made a mistake charged 274$ for a deposit? Was told it would be refunded but no receipt could be provided. Extended my stay even after the mistake to only check out one day earlier. Was told to check out an hour before checkout because relative made the mistake of brining pet whom left with pet immediately I was told I would still be charged 250 for pet policy. I paid 548 in total for 2 nights. I Checked out a day earlier because of the pet issue. I still have yet to receive the deposit and the for the night I didn’t stay. I checked out before checkout time. After my checkout Maria tried to charge my card 3x for different amounts. I contacted customer support and was told she was not allowed to do this. When I asked to speak with general manager I was told she was unavailable but she could pass any messages along. I will be making a police report for fraudulent charges. Overall unprofessional disappointment rooms were small and no service was provided through the stay even before issue occurred."

"It’s a great stay for an affordable price. Proximity to Disney is top notch. Extremely helpful and polite staff. A really quality breakfast served at good hours during the morning. No complaints at all."

"Clean and comfortable stay! Free parking and free breakfast are huge perks, though the breakfast lacked variety. We stayed 6 nights and it was the exact same every single morning. But hard to complain since it was free. The WiFi was a bit spotty and slow and the room lacked appropriately spaced outlets. Neither were a big deal but just something to be mindful of. Our room was on the freeway side, which was a bit noisy at times but a sound machine drowned it out and we slept fine. Overall, I would recommend it if you’re looking for a clean and affordable place to stay. It was an easy 20-25 minute walk to Disney!"

"The hotel is clean and comfortable, big spacious rooms and super comfy beds. However, it is extremely environmentally unfriendly. We found it sad and shocking how much single use plastic there is everywhere. Breakfast could easily be served in washable plates with real cutlery. However, each paper cup was wrapped in plastic, each person making waffles would use a new plastic cup and put it in a plastic plate etc. Breakfast options were also very limited and there were no non dairy options. No shuttle to Disney but it's about a 30min walk away, which was doable."
