"The staff is very friendly and reasonably accommodating. Rooms with handicap accessibility are very spacious however the accessible shower does drain water everywhere so grab extra towels for the bathroom floor. The beds are soft but comfortable. Close to restaurants and highways."

"Just to preface: I am aware this hotel is a Best Western. I am also aware that I was staying with a larger group. Still, I was generally disappointed with the service. A few notes: Our room had three people in it, and so naturally, one would expect to be able to use three room keys. However, whenever the third key was issued, it would reset one of the other keys. This led to the experience of constantly being locked out of the room and needing to get a key reset at the front desk. This happened maybe 10 times. The breakfast was okay. There is a decent selection, and it is made-to-order. Not many complaints here. The rooms were fine, but again, it's a Best Western. Notably, the phone in the room could not reach the front desk. At all. So there was no way to contact room service. The pool, which we expected to use, was closed for the entire three-day weekend. No explanation given, just "no, sorry!" There were also no signs posted at the pool that it *was* closed, just once we asked the front desk. The location is fine... it is SoCal so expect suburbia. We were able to walk across the street and get Food and Ice Cream, though. It's also relatively close to the Claremont Colleges. Could be worse! Overall, a mediocre experience, even for a Best Western."

"This hotel is the best one that I have visited. They have a front desk clerk named Stephanie. She checked me in and she was so professional. She helped me when I was not able to find a room at the other hotels nearby. She made sure that my needs were met. She is an important asset to the Best Western Hotel International brand. She made sure that my overnight stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She is the best front desk clerk that I have encountered in my travels. I hope that she will be there at the hotel when I am ready to return to San Dimas, CA."

"We really enjoyed our stay. My only complaims would be that the TV would not connect and the heating/ AC unit was making a very LOUD banging noise. If I was staying longer I would have gone to the front desk and asked about these two things as I am sure they would have fixed them immediately. A very comfortable place to stay. The breakfast was soooo good, not your run of the mill breakfast. They have a cook that makes your meal right there..for FREE!!!"

"Unsafe, moved around, and overcharged. We stayed for three nights at the end of October 2023 after staying the year before and will not be returning. After checking in, we went to our room. We were about to leave for dinner when we happened to check to door and it did not lock! If you stay here, make sure you check your door on the outside because ours did not work properly. We had to move rooms to a horrible spot right next to a gate that shut loudly all night, and then once more after that. In addition to this, we were overcharged. Two separate charges on my account about $100 over my booking confirmation. I have called back twice, been told their manager will contact me, and that has not happened a month later. I am now in the process of filing a dispute of the transactions with my bank and I will also be filing a report with the BBB and other hotel agencies as this hotel is not only unsafe, they are taking my money and not making an effort to give it back. FAFO Best Western. Absolutely horrible stay and headache still ongoing a month after."
