Motel 6 San Dimas, CA - Los Angeles

"Will all honesty I have to say this is my favorite motel 6. I've stood at all the motel 6 in the IE basically and THIS one is the cleanest, doesn't smell weird, no crackheads outside my door, and best of all Andrea and Alejandra are the BEST customer service. The only motel 6 that doesn't have an attitude at 8a.m. I definitely recommend this motel 6. It's very clean, quiet and comfortable. Also you have stores and restaurants nearby which is another plus ."

"Have really been enjoying my on and off stays here! Andrea and Elizabeth are fantastic and always offer up the best and friendliest service and help to get you checked it and to help you with any needs that you might have. The motel is close to dozen of amenities and is always clean and well taken care of. I do wish that the prices didn't fluctuate so much from week to week, but other then that, it is a great place to stay!!!"

"I booked online to stay for roughly two weeks at the Motel 6 in San Dimas. The online RSVP through the Motel 6 site was very easy and the front desk staff can also assist on the phone. I spoke with Alejandra at the front desk before placing my RSVP and she was very helpful with answering my questions. While a room had already been reserved for me at check-in, I asked if another unit was available due to preferences of cleanliness. Melodee was incredibly understanding and gracious. She allowed me to view several rooms until I found one to my liking and even upgraded the type of room since a comparable one to my RSVP was not available. The room I stayed in had two full size beds, a microwave and a deluxe mini fridge (small freezer on top with separate fridge on bottom, helpful if you have medications). The room was very comfortable in size. This particular Motel 6 also has bay windows on the end units so they get a little extra space and light inside. One evening I called the front desk to report that someone seemed to be loitering near one of the stairs. Melina answered and after checking the security cameras, kindly offered to walk me to my room. I greatly appreciate the personal concern the staff has for their guests. All in all, I would recommend this location to local and non-local guests alike. The staff are attentive, friendly, and make it a welcoming place to stay. "All of the staff here always go above and beyond to accommodate their guests. Theresa is by far one of the sweetest staff member here. Melina is also so sweet and funny. Valarie is super funny and is always so helpful. Everyone at the front desk and even housekeeping is always so friendly and patient. Each time I’ve checked in, I’ve never seen bugs in any room. This location is great as well. ! :)"
