"I stayed at this hotel initially for just one night, but it was so comfortable and the staff was so nice and accommodating that I ended up extending my stay. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is good, and there's plenty of parking. One particular staff member, Nayeli Bavas, went above and beyond to make my experience worthwhile. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone—it deserves more than 5 stars. Thank you for a wonderful experience and for making the start of my new year with my daughter so worthwhile. I will definitely be back!"

"Hello all, I’m really not the type of person to come on here and leave reviews but I felt like I had to for this one to warn others. Let me start off by saying I will never stay at this hotel ever again. Service absolutely was horrible, the kid who works at the front desk when I was checking out and giving him a list of the issues that was wrong with our room he paid no attention and did not even acknowledge anything I was saying. Water from the shower comes out a murky dirty color, our toilet was flushing itself all night, fridge did not cool, bunk beds we got look as if they were about to fall apart, didn’t have any extra towels which they told me they were washing/drying so I did not have anytime to wait around the morning of when we needed to check out for the towels to be done drying. This is just a warning for others who are thinking about staying here. Use your hard earned money elsewhere believe me you will thank me later."

"We had a good overall experience during our stay. Rooms are a good size, everything was clean and in good condition. We only had a couple of situations. First the hallway was too noisy. Our room was relatively close to the exit door and it late night people walking, talking and to many door slams. The other thing was a surprise. I wish they would’ve told us you don’t get room service unless you request it. We were out a full day and came back to a room left the same way. Not even towels changed or anything. The front desks explained that the only do room service if you requested so, since it was late and we were tired we slept on a uncleaned room. They said that this hotel policy was in a pamphlet they supposedly gave us. I did it find it though. They did give us clean towels so I’m happy they tried to help out. The rest of the experience was great. I would definitely consider coming back if these two things get cleared out before."

"The staff are truly what made staying there tolerable. Room 235 overheats. In the dead of night you have to use the AC or it gets up to 78 degrees. The shower drain is clogged. The bathroom fan does not work. You sink in the beds. The chair in the room has a hole where you sit. Breakfast is only if you get up before 9. The phone settings do not work. Never got an answer at front desk."

"I started staying at Hotel Marguerite in 2021 when I started working as a pharmacy sales associate on my way to being a Certified Pharmacy Technician. Working at a retail pharmacy is a lot of hard work, especially when you're learning through a pandemic and the release of vaccines to the public that we were providing. Hotel Marguerite is a very beautiful hotel with amazing staff. If you're trying to get away, for business, for pleasure, and everything in between, I highly recommend staying here. I've had exceptional service from all their staff over the years. Recently Aisling, Ruth, Leslie, and Jed provided me with great customer service. They are all very welcoming and hardworking. Please understand that they are doing their best and patience makes the world a better place. Fernando does an amazing job managing the staff and making sure the guests are taking care of as well!
