"Fantastic stay at this location! my favorite was the comfortable king bed! I have a tense back so having a large firm/soft bed is key and the king beds at this location are fantastic! The assistant GM Wilson and his staff were a delight and very knowledgeable of the surrounding area. I will absolutely be back here for another stay in the future."

"The rooms and services themselves were fine. We mainly chose this hotel due to convenience of location to the parks. The general property manager, Wilson, is very rude, and will cut you off when you’re on the phone with him. During time of check-in, we were told by the associate who checked us in that they would waive the first night because we were checking in close to 3am, the next morning of our check-in date due to an emergency visit to the ER and we were up north in Pasadena and not in the Anaheim/Garden Grove area to be able to check in any earlier. I was not expecting to get the first night waived, but confirmed verbally what the associate had mentioned, and was really appreciative especially after the night we just had. After checking out, the itemized receipt was not emailed afterwards until I had to call back again for it days later and noticed there was a charge for the first night. In addition, the check-in time stamp was incorrect. I called the property and was told, by Wilson, we would not be honored in getting a refund for the first night and was told that the associate who checked us in has been in hospitality for 10 years and would not make that type of offer. I don’t see why the number of years of experience would really matter in this situation, but okay. I understand it’s a lost cause because this is based on a she said this and that and no hard written confirmation, but truly did not leave that conversation feeling good and definitely not the best customer experience. It was mentioned the first night of parking ended up being waived but does it matter if I had to park further by another property at the Embassy all the way in the back where there was construction? I was given another Hilton corporate number and the best they can do is offer a smaller refunded amount. But if you’re trying to get anything else refunded from the property after calling the corporate number, it’s no use because the case being built just goes back to the property manager for approval. In which this case, of course it got declined for the full amount."

"Quite decent hotel with excellent views and well-maintained rooms. Especially liked the clean rooms and easy accessibility to Disneyland and shopping/dining areas . However the water from the taps was a little clouded for two days.Don't know if it was over-treated or just dirty."

"This hotel was perfect for us. We loved that they were pet friendly and located close to Disneyland. We didn't eat any food or use facilities here. Just rest from walking all day. The good old days of cheap hotels and Disneyland tickets are over. If I could suggest anything, it would serve food people can grab on their way to Disneyland."

"The staff was extremely friendly and very attentive, the room was clean and spacious, enjoyed the location as it was close to many restaurants and 30 min walk to Disneyland. Had a wonderful stay on my vacation."
