"Horrible customer service, the room was supposed to be booked at 3AM, but they put my family at 3am. The room cannot be overwritten or cancelled. We have no place to rest after a long tiring trip ."

Those front desk poker face Vietnamese women are rude and very unprofessional. If you don’t wanna get discriminated and screw your trip then I strongly suggest you avoid this one."

"NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY. Don't come here. Just...don't...Just pay double elsewhere for the peace of mind. Thought this was a good idea because we were going to Disneyland. Boy was I wrong. They literally don't care about you as a customer. Imagine if you work for them. Other patrons are not the Disney type are noisy and theres a karaoke club/lounge thats quite busy."

"The front desk unfortunately permitted a prank caller to harass me multiple times during my stay. in the first incident that a stranger got the direct line to my room and started to harass me, I hung up and then called the front desk. I notified the front desk that I did not know the person who called and I did not understand how they got the room number. the receptionist assured me it would not happen again. my phone rang multiple times during the evening. The third or fourth time I picked up it was the stranger who started to harass me again. I hung up and called the front desk. They said there would be a policy change. Unfortunately, I cannot get back the time I wasted dealing with this, at the hotel I paid for. This incident was completely preventable."
