"Room was fine and clean, but the experience was miserable. 1) The ART shuttle skips this hotel because it gets full from the previous stops, which makes it useless. 2) They gave us a damaged towel. When I asked for room service to come and replace our towels, I was charged for a damaged towel. 3) False security alarms go off in the middle of the night. From 5-7am it rang. 4) Elevator broke. 5) No extra pillows. 6) Got complimentary water from the front desk for a few days and then a lady tried to charge us one day. Hit or miss on this one. 7) Misplaced our luggage we asked to be held onto. Luckily the door man remembered seeing our number (props to him) and found where it had been moved to."

"My husband and I travel often. We brought our granddaughter here for her 6th birthday. Not only were the staff, service, rooms and other accommodations great, we came back from Disneyland to find a fruit plate, cake with candle, and personal note from Chloe and the front desk team for our granddaughter celebrating her big day. The night we arrived, we ate in the hotel restaurant, and the food was good. Our server recognized our granddaughter was tired, and asked if we wanted her to put that order in while my husband I took a bit longer to decide what we wanted to order. This was extremely helpful and sweet. Will stay here again when we return. Unmatched customer service! Welcome bag given when we arrived, special amenities left for us in the room. Target across the street, lots of eateries nearby, heightened security measures for guest safety. Love it!!!"

"I normally don't provide much feedback on hotel stays, especially when it comes to top-of-the-line hotels like the Sheraton. The reason behind this is that I'm not going to highlight what they are expected to be, which is a top-notch hotel. It doesn't make sense to review or praise them for having high-quality rooms, a clean environment, and a friendly staff that provides great customer service. These are things that top hotels are supposed to deliver, and in my experience, they always do. Instead of focusing on the quality of the room or the service provided, I want to express my appreciation for the attention given to me by the hotel staff. They consistently asked if there was anything they could assist me with, which is something they are expected to do. I value this level of care and attention, thanks to the leadership guiding values that have created a culture where employees strive to provide the experience we, as guests, are looking for. Now, let me explain why I am writing this review. Among the great staff members, there was one who went above and beyond. This particular staff member, Sasha, did something unexpected and went out of her way to ensure that I didn't miss out on the full experience the hotel had to offer. Even though I had already checked out and forgotten about the VIP lounge, she immediately took it upon herself to provide me with access to the lounge. She understood that I hadn't experienced the breakfast or taken advantage of the lounge, and she wanted to make sure I didn't leave without enjoying those amenities. It was these small gestures that made me feel even more special, and I am grateful to Sasha for her exceptional service and thoughtfulness. In conclusion, I want to sincerely thank Sasha for going the extra mile and making my stay even more memorable."

"Absolutely recommend this hotel!! Very clean rooms and beds were comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had breakfast buffet every day. Lots of options for the kids to select from. We ate dinner one evening and I highly recommend the herb chicken, AMAZING!! This is very close to the Disneyland park which was very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel"

"The rooms are big but the bath tub is old and needs to be replaced. The staff are attentive and very friendly. The bar in the lobby is a great place to watch the games and have a few drinks. Disneyland is a few blocks away. Target is across the street. There's plenty of restaurants nearby. On our 2nd night the hot water was gone. We had to shower in cold water the next few days. Good location and very cheap price."
