Motel 6 Buena Park 7051 Valley View Street, Buena Park, CA 90620

"Was not too happy about the room I was put in the sink had stains in it and the AC unit only was blowing out cold air the heater was not working called to front desk and was told the maintenance man had just left. It was also missing buttons (see picture) I understand it’s not a person number one choice to stay at a motel 6 but I was definitely disappointed of how ran down this room was. I will not be coming back here especially for the rate I paid. I would rather pay the extra 100-200 dollars to stay at a better hotel."

"Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in decades. The few positives: * Majority of front desk staff were friendly. * Room was clean upon arrival. * Parking is free and plentiful. * Location is good, assuming you’re driving, not walking. * Pet friendly Cons: * Rooms didn’t get cleaned. No linen changes, swept floors or bathroom once-overs. Over the course of a week, they threw a handful of towels on our bed three times and delivered an extra toilet paper roll in the bathroom twice. Garbage was only changed once. * The elevator nearest the lobby looked like a bomb went off inside, and alternated between smelling of urine or intense cleansers. (See pictures) * No drawers for clothes. They provided about 8 rusty coat hangers, a luggage rack and two small shelves. One chair. * The room’s available electronic outlets are unacceptable. I found 3 standard outlets available: One behind the bed, one behind the TV (tv took up one plug), and one right next to the bathroom sink. No USB ports anywhere. * Room keys are old-style key cards. We were warned that if they come in contact with credit cards or magnets — including MagSafe wallets — they will fail. And fail they did, even avoiding magnets and cards. * Rooms in general need updating, especially the bathroom. The tub had chips in finish and toilet barely flushed. * Shower head was mounted about 5 feet high, at most. I’m just over 5’ tall and the shower stream hit me well below my chin. My take: If you’re staying for a night or two and don’t need more than a few electrical items charged or don’t mind an absurdly low shower head, there are pros to this motel. But as soon as you need to rely on house-keeping or plan on unpacking, there are much better options for the same price. It bewilders me how the motel gets such good reviews."

"The check in process was nice and easy, the rooms were clean, and it was nice and quiet. Michaelle always greeted everyone with a smile (and coffee in the morning), and the house keepers checked on us often for refreshed linens"

"I made a reservation with motel 6 for super bowl Sunday for a friend of mine. I made the reservation earlier this week maybe Sunday Monday or Tuesday I'm not sure. But on Wednesday somebody with the same name as my friend checked into this location and said that they were him and used his credit card number and his address which is not on his driver's license and said it was him and he stayed in the room. It wasn't my friend because my friend sleeps with me, And he was with me that night. So needless to say we will not be watching the super bowl at this motel 6. The reason I'm writing this review is because I want anybody else who makes a reservation on the motel 6 website to be very careful about who will be staying in their room and on what day. Obviously it's not that hard to hack a motel 6 website. So even if you have a confirmation number and you have your email and address apparently anybody can walk up to the motel 6 and say they're you and get a room. When I called to talk to the ladies at the front desk they didn't want to talk to me because I didn't have my name on the credit card. The only thing I was trying to ask them is what was the next step that I could take to try to have my friend get his money back. I guess they just don't know and so they they went for something that they knew they couldn't talk to me they wouldn't have to talk to me any more. And they won't they'll never have to talk to me again because I won't be going to this motel 6 or any other motel 6 ever again thank you very much and have a great day."

"I stay at this Motel 6 Often and the service and experience at this location is wonderful. The girls in the office are personable, helpful & kind and the Housekeepers are great & have always gone out of there way to accommodate any request I may have. The rooms are reasonable and clean. What more can you ask for!!!"
