"The AC/Heater can only be changed inside the unit by maintenance staff. If it's Winter,and you're too hot; the only option is to open the front door to the public walkway. Windows don't open. The water pressure out of the faucet was a trickle at best. I thought I was checking into a nice hotel. It turned out more like staying in a 50 year old apartment with issues."
"The pictures of this hotel deceived us. We walk in and are unpleasantly surprised by no towels in room. Go up to front desk and as they are handing another group towels, we are being told by the reception we get that they don’t do that! As well, we booked a room for 5 people (2 queen 1 pullout sofa) but they refused to give us pillows and blankets for pullout- if you saw the state of the pullout you’d want 5 sheet’s between you and that mattress- needless to say my son opted to just sleep on the sofa. Another point to make as someone who works in customer service… no matter how much someone may be being a “prick” to you, a general manager is there to figure out why that “prick” is upset… not call them names. We were actually in disbelief at our treatment. I mean I can totally understand that this place is low cost but let’s be real I could have stayed in a motel and been happier as at least I know what I’m getting- So.. after all this- we decided to make the best of our night and jump in the jacuzzi- go get in, it’s possibly lukewarm at best, won’t turn on- there’s a hospital bracelet floating in the water. Just beyond a joke by then. To top it off, in am when pulling bedding we discovered socks in bed sheets… and they weren’t ours…. Cringe!"
"Passing through the city and decided to stay here for one night. Pros- conveniently located walking distance to Knots Berry Farm Extra Large room Comfortable bed Water pressure was good Customer Service was great We did have some issues but the front desk responded and resolved them quickly. Con’s- the room itself needs some repair The entire property looks like it getting renovated Dust here and there in the room Probably needs to be deep cleaned The AC was difficult to shut off Not enough blankets considering I wasn’t able to turn the heater on. Check in and out was a breeze! Customer service was very good, they were happy to help and recommendations in the area. Most likely to stay there again."
