"The rooms are updated, nice carpet, clean bath tub and shower area, clean and new toilets. Carolyne pleasantly welcomed us upon checking in, she ensured we have a good room for our 2-night stay. She was there to provide excellent customer service when I checked out too. Overall a pleasant stay, and will come back when I need a room in the area again. Thank you!"
"We stayed there for one week in Feb 2024. Room with one queen bed. We paid $730 CAD for 7 nights, so about $105 CAD per night. Room includes fridge, TV, dresser, desk & chair, iron & table, hair dryer. No microwave which may be tough if you're staying as long as we did (eating out daily does get expensive). There is one common microwave in the common area; which was almost always available but it gets tricky having to run up and down between floors carrying warm meals. Bathroom comes with body and shampoo dispensers. The AC in the room leaked right onto the carpet so we got surprise wet socks couple times standing near it to check the window. Noticed ACs in the other rooms leaked onto the hallway instead. There is coffee and hot water every moring from 6 AM. No breakfast. Parking spaces are great and plenty, no issues. We felt quite safe staying here."
"room was clean and spacious, with 2 queen beds, more than enough for me and my sister. we were checked in by carolyne from the front desk. she was friendly and accommodating. she was very helpful and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. location is good, with restos nearby."
"They have big rooms. Carolyne was friendly and nice in assisting us. She told us the services of the hotel and it made us feel at home. My kids liked the room and had fun. The room was clean. There are nearby restaurants, fast food and convenience store. Will definitely stay there again."
"As always, Crystal in the front lobby desk is my favorite. She is always professional, courteous, funny and very helpful. Always willing to help and ask me if anything is needed. She is very attentive and informative. After a long day of work it is always appreciated. It's why I always come back here. Good service is hard to find."
