"Came in with my boyfriend for an appointment at 2. Some lady took pictures of the car and got in it for some reason, got out and had to get back in because she left her vape in the car, She was most likely vaping in the car, and her manly attitude she showed towards us at the end was unprofessional. Ended up waiting for 30-40 minutes, Then the mechanic ended up taking the car for a joyride when it wasn't needed at all, (Alignment). They said it was a gentle "test drive", but we witnessed the mechanic floor it and roughly pull out if the lot. We had heavy fragile stuff in the trunk, and when we checked to see it was okay, it was tossed around. It would not have been tossed around if it were a "gentle test drive". This was a joyride, and in the end they refused to do the service. (Most likely because they overheard our concern). As a woman, I don't know much about cars but even I could clearly see they treated the car poorly, and acted in an unprofessional manner. If I could give 0 stars, I would."
"Went in to do a inspection on my CLS, customer service was great, seemed like a good place, got the car back, paid the inspection as I drove on on my dashboard marked my hood was open, I pulled over and it was, and the reason it was left open was because the engine cover wasn’t even put back on after inspection, causing the hood not to properly shut. That’s a very easy thing that could of been avoided, if they secured it properly and that could of also caused my hood to fly up while driving, will not go back, attention to detail is not there, if they can’t simply shut a hood right and install engine covers back on it makes me wonder if they could properly perform more complex things. I ended up having the work performed at a different euro shop"
"Went for an oil change for my Audi, and left with missing a cap, a missing dipstick and a towel left behind under the hood. Unfortunately it’s not even worth reaching out to management as the oil change and recommended brake flush had occurred back in April 2023. Composing this review in January 2024, as I’ve recently gone to International Auto for an oil change and all missing parts were discovered and the dirty rag was located within. Since April 2023 my brake light was on and I completely regret not looking under the hood and not calling to deal with the situation then."
"I've been going there for the past 4 years. Rear brakes, calipers, Axle shaft, water pump, timing belt, Transmission and most recently front brakes, rotors-ABS-Anti skid, Electric fan motor, Axle Assembly and finally Control Module. You get the idea been there before. Fine Work, sometimes slow to call and tell you the progress or Update when work will be done. But Okay. Until now this last work on the front brakes and system has come into question (that's why 4 stars). I had to change my battery and taking off the cover and replacing the battery I notice a hole on the top edge of the Plastic Brake Reservoir (I thought they would have caught this doing the Brakes and the Swollen Rubber cap gasket which I had a heck of time getting off) as I had a slight Thumping noise coming from the front end, they could look at that too. I figure I'll drop it off which I did on Saturday. They said they couldn't look at it till Monday, No problem. I was more concerned about the Reservoir Hole then the Thumping noise and made that clear. Monday goes by Tuesday, Wed, Thurs. Friday still No word I dropped by late Friday after 4:00pm it's ''Oh ! I was going to call you about the Thumping Noise I can't hear anything. Let's take it for a ride''. Took for ride he hears the noise now that I point it out, okay, ''We can look at it Monday'' I ask what about the Hole in the Brake Reservoir, he said, "The Mechanic says you can drive it like that'', I'm like really. ''Just use some Epoxy if you want.'' The next day Saturday I picked it up. The slight Thumping least of my worries and so now I'm taking their advice and put some Epoxy for the hole. Buying a New reservoir cap too. I was kind of Leery but I'm not a Mechanic, so I'll go with what they say. They're the Experts."
"AMAZING REPAIR SHOP, they are very friendly and kind, very knowledgeable, if the front desk person doesn’t know enough about what you’re talking about, they’ll seek out a professional for advice and information. I can respect that to the fullest for being VERY transparent and honest. They are significantly cheaper than dealerships for the same service and original parts. They do an amazing job and even provided me with before and after photos, which is much appreciated. They helped get rid of my Check Engine Light at an amazing cost while the dealership tried charging me $6k more! I’ll definitely be coming here way more often for any future issues and will recommend this place to everybody!"
