"Visited today for new patient appointment. The front office attended immediately, asked for insurance carrier name and told me that they are not in network. I offered the insurance card to them to check the coverage, but they wanted me to talk to insurance, and gave an odd example of another patient's story, how things did not work out for the other. Their intention might be good(from their perspective) but I felt that I was being discouraged to be served there, as I wasn't even provided the next appointment availability if things work out for me. I live less than half a mile to this office, and my search for my entire family's dentist is ON, in this area. Judah"
