"My 19-yr-old daughter has a permanent retainer after normal orthodontic treatments. During a normal cleaning, on a Monday, the hygentist cut the permanent wire. It poked and was inflamed. Dr. Hostetler was willing to fix it on Thursday! Accidents happen but this dentist was unwilling to make it right in a timely manner. We have found another dentist, and she is terrific."
