"Was able to get a Saturday appointment, but for some reason their phone system and Google Maps think the office is closed on Saturdays. I was told by reception that they are usually open Saturday 7:30am to about 3:30pm depending on staffing availability."
"The care within the facility is good, especially for a longer CT scan with contrast. The caring technician is the only reason for two stars. My complaint is that the CT scan was over 4 months ago and they still have not sent the results to my doctor! I have an annual scan to ensure a tumor is not returning and I'm just waiting for Sutter to get around to sending the results. My doctor's office has tried several times to retrieve the results and well but have had no luck. I truly feel they do not care about the health of their patients by not sending results in a timely manner. And good luck with billing. This is an annual preventative scan and they did not bill it as preventative care even though my doctor sent it that way. I've called to have it recoded and the lady on the phone was helpful but ultimately whatever group is responsible for recoding just rejected it resulting in an out-of-pocket cost of nearly $1k. Moving forward, I will be switching my imaging needs to another provider in order to receive reliable, accurate, and patient-focused care."
"I was apprehensive for my CT with contrast and thanks to Nicky, I managed to get through the procedure with ease. She was compassionate, knowledgeable and explained the exam thoroughly every step of the way. The front desk staff was welcoming and the clinic was very clean."
"My first time at Sutter imaging 11 and I showed up for my scheduled appointment early. The gal at the front desk said someone called to let me know the tech could not do it that day. I did not get a phone call or any messages that my appointment was cancelled or I had to reschedule. I think that was very unprofessional which left a bad taste in my mouth. It made me feel that my time was not important."
"I was able to get an appt within a week of calling to schedule, which is great! The staff were very friendly and my appt was right on time. No waiting. The CT tech had a great personality and made me feel at ease. If you have to change into a gown, they providers lockers for your personal belongings. Overall a great experience."
