"I had an IID installed. Jasmine who serviced my vehicle was excellent. She explained everything thoroughly and gave me confidence about the new use. She was very compassionate and reassuring about my shame of having this installed. I’m glad there was a service number I could call. Because with the new device with camera, I was having a difficult time getting the car started later in the day. Seemed like my lung capacity wasn’t enough the four other times I blew beyond the initial start-up at the shop. When I’m driving I seem to not have enough air to get to the clip, or get messages blower harder or blow softer or blow longer. It makes me nervous that I’m going to be stuck somewhere."
