"Batteries sold with long warranties, but the hoops you have to jump through to get a replacement are not worth the time. This store was unwilling to listen to my mechanic saying the battery is bad after we had already brought the car or battery in twice for testing. Luckily he personally took it to another location and was able to get the prorated replacement price for me. As info if you are considering a battery from NAPA: NAPA will not test the battery while it is in the car NAPA will not remove the battery from the car to test NAPA will not offer tools to help remove the battery from the car NAPA requires the battery to be on charge overnight before they will test NAPA does not accept 3rd certification that a battery is bad Don't make the mistake I did and think that a warranty from NAPA will make your life easier."

"The guys here are great! I recently returned some parts and I got charged again for the parts instead of a refund and didn't realize it. They went as far to look me up online and ended up sending me a message through Facebook about the mistake. I don't believe some of the other retailers out there would put in that much effort to fix an issue."
