I would say there were more times than not when I went into his shop for a checkup on my 220,000 mile car to figure out what a new noise was and he’d give me the answer quickly and often not even charge me. He had said if it took less than 15 minutes and it was a quick answer/fix it was no problem. I knew he was someone I could trust to give me the real answer, not trying to sell me anything but just keep me safe and keep my car running smoothly.
