"One star is too much.. terrible service. Ordered a dining table set, was told it’d be delivered in a week, which was a lie. I needed my table before having family over the following Saturday. I was called the following Friday for delivery the next Tuesday. Inquired about cancelling my order and was informed I’d have to pay a 25% “restocking” fee. I’m being charged a fee because they didn’t deliver on the day they promised? Once your make your purchase, they don’t care because they already got paid. Ended up picking up my order from their Lodi warehouse, waited there for 30 minutes, just to get my dining table. I will never purchase from this place again.. money hungry is the only way to describe this place. Only reason this place has 5 stars is because they have you leave a “5 star” review before even walking out their door after purchasing."
