"Was very shocked how almost every item we were there for was locked up needing to press what almost seemed like a button that goes nowhere overworked employees but they were still trying to be somewhat of customer service we seen only 2 different women working in cosmetics which was overwhelming business for anyone to try to help everyone within a sufficient amount of time. What I would really like for Maria and her coworker to be recognized for the great job there doing for customers I was there with my 86 yr old father whom buys all his vitamins etc. There but seeking an easier way for him to shop for them as this is ridiculous"
"Have what i need. bathrooms are available. not 24/7. has good parking. things seem organized. i come here more often than hammer lane, just because of easy highway access. Cheaper than many places."
"I ordered by means of the delivery app, in which I met a lady named Jessica. And she was very pleasant, nice, friendly and polite. She went above and beyond and i just wanted to give a shout out about her, because good customer service is rare to find lately."
"The sweetest lady named Lilly helped us with a bicycle purchase. Very friendly, and helpful. Would have been a great shopping trip, except while we were at the register making our purchase, we were questioned about the bicycle that we had just purchased. Not offering to help us , but insinuating that we were trying to steal it. However we were still ringing up our separate purchase. We felt very offended, especially since we had not even walked away from the register."
"Pre-ordered my daughters cake here 2 days in advance. Got a ton of compliments on it. Came out very beautiful. Will always get my cakes made here. Even have the option of printing your image on the cake but you have to provide the image."
