"Went to get some epoxy this morning and had to ask a few employees for help. All of them were either extremely rude or just plain dismissive. It was obvious they hated their job and didn't want to be there. I probably crossed paths with about 12 or 13 employees while I was there and all of which were minorities. Does Home Depot not hire Caucasians anymore? This DEI ideology they're using to hire employees is failing immensely."
"Had a good experience today while getting a Christmas tree. Javier has great customer service. He was kind and patient and willing to leave the gates open while we picked out a tree and that was very nice of him, we were super grateful and my kids were super happy even though it was short lived it was still a sweet experience for my girls.. "This review is for the assistance we received in the carpet department from Monique. Monique took great care of us. She definitely knows her department and is familiar with procedures. It was a painless transaction. Other than that I do not recommend shopping here later in the evening because there are no associates available to help you. The store is lacking knowledgeable people on the floor to assist you. Eventually, the manager, Randy, came to our rescue. Soon after that, Monique showed up to save the day. Home Depot, the military discount is much appreciated. Thank you!"
"My son paid for a gift for his mothers birthday two days ago that was to big to carry in his car. I had to come back to pick it up for him today. They told me they will call me back in an hour and 2 hours later no call so I decided to check with them. They told me they sold the Halloween decoration my son paid for. Didn't even try to accommodate or seem apologetic at all for wasting our time and money. We ended up getting a refund. Very unprofessional."
