"Terrible customer service from middle aged female associate on 2/26/24 @ 3:13pm. My friend went in to use their brannock device so I could help him find shoes and the lady working in the shoe department was hovering over him entire time and eventually took the brannock away and said "This isn't going to work out" when she realized we weren't going to purchase shoes in that department. The store was literally empty of patrons and the experience left a bad taste in our mouth. Utter rudeness for no discernable reason. We'll be sure to go to Dillard's with better customer service next time."

"Bought a Mascara from Mac inside. There's variety of makeup and products you can choose from. It sucks when it comes to product knowledge the lady didn't know the details like to explain if it was there new product or something since it's been a while for me. She said she doesn't work there but help me out with the purchase anyway, I mean I don't know where was the mac sales representative."

"The store is big and has 2 floors. They sell complete item, from clotges, toys, cosmetic, kitchen items and furniture. They have a lot of sales. The store needs more light will mke it bright, and the cashiers desk should be in tge area that easy to locate."
