"I'm not sure why I keep trying to come back here. After a 2 hour wait on an oil change the last time I was there, I got a call from Kevin Cameron telling me he will take care of me on my next oil change for free and even pick it up and get it detailed for me. I tried to contact him and he never attempted to reach out to me. Despite this, I made the mistake of scheduling an appointment anyways since I thought it was going to be a free oil change. It was not and I paid full price for a concerning service once again. This time it was only an hour, but my car was returned to me with the glove box and other pieces still laying on the passenger floor. To me, this is unacceptable and leads me to question even further the quality of maintenance and service I am actually receiving. It's a disappointment to the Mazda brand to have a dealership operate this poor. I would feel more confident bringing my 2023 Mazda to a quick change place over this service department."
