SimonMed Imaging - Beverly Hills

"I had an upright MRI and it went incredibly well! There was no wait when I checked in, the MRI tech (I think his name was Eric? I should have written this review right after my appointment so I could remember his name better) was absolutely patient, kind, and explained everything well. I know the MRI tech can’t comment on imaging, but I asked to view it before leaving and he obliged. I was able to get a copy of the imaging on CD before I left as well. The only hiccup was the parking garage gate was closed when I arrived; that was an easy fix- someone was leaving as I arrived so I could pull in. It just would have been helpful to know ahead of time that I needed to call when I arrived (it was a late appointment) to have someone open the gate. The facility was very clean. Eric did everything he could to ensure I was as comfortable as possible. He had a video playing (Edward Scissor Hands) to help pass the time. And I will say the brand/style of gowns they use are more comfortable than most! I also really want to stress how thorough he was with his instructions. I’ve had a lot of MRIs in my life, but this was my first upright one so his instructions were very helpful. 10/10 recommend!"

"This is one of the best places I've been for people who need an MRI with accommodations. The staff is very nice, starting from the customer services to the people who provide you the service on the day of your appointment. They will try to make you feel as comfortable as possible. About the procedure, this is way faster than other facilities which will make this easier to handle once you are there. I had a hard time before the MRI procedure was finished, but I guess it was because of staying in the same position for a while, however, they were still professional. Thank you for the service, I’d like this to be more accessible for all types of medical plans."
