"I scheduled an MRI here because i was told they have newer MRI equipment which is not the case, i showed up for my appointment at Beverly Hills location then MRI machine was broken. Nobody left me a message to let me know, they sent me to a different location where MRI machine was older and not as sensitive in terms of imaging quality (they explained that to me). They lied when stated in their system I requested an open MRI machine, i am not claustrophobic, and so it was their excuse to still getting my business when their newer and regular close MRI machine was broken. Unacceptable way of performing business."
