"Their open MRI machine is horrible . My doctor found it difficult to interpret the low quality MRI pictures that I had taken. Because their doctor or employee had trouble understanding the photos, the report that MINK prepared was likewise inaccurate. I was also informed that, in comparison to regular MRI machines, MINK's machines are less expensive but still not the greatest."

"After being kept waiting for over 45 minutes last week, I had to reschedule for this week. I received a text to check in online when I arrived, which I chose to do because the line was so long. After witnessing seven people go in before me who arrived after me, I went to the front desk and said that I checked in online 25 minutes ago. I was informed that their online checking in does not work and that I would have to wait in line again. Go anywhere else. I put a call out to the manager two days ago and I'm still waiting for a return call. The staff is nice, considering how often they overbook."

"I left this office with a smile on my face like I was going to Disneyland. Why? The people rock! I feel like it's really rare to go into any kind of medical office and have a positive interaction with literally every person who works there while everything runs perfectly on time. This office achieved that. From the moment I arrived and was greeted by a friendly parking attendant to my departure when an employee held the door open for me, just wow. I'll admit I was hesitant about going back to this office. Last time I went was 2021 and it was not a good experience. It was a hot summer day and the air conditioning was broken. And they still made people wear masks and didn't allow plus 1's inside the waiting room area. When I arrived for this new appointment, at first I was put off because even though we're halfway through 2023 they still have a mandatory mask policy and don't allow plus 1's in the waiting room even though there's enough room for people to be 15 feet apart. Dumb, especially since last I checked California mask mandates ended state wide, including for healthcare facilities, in April. That being said, none of that is the fault of the people who work there; they're just following orders from "upstairs" and it's clear they hate it too. Back to the main point, everything about the appointment went amazing from there. The office runs on time like a fine-tuned watch. Every person from the front desk folks to the technicians who operate the CT scans and MRIs are all absolute delights. So much kindness, so many smiles, and in and out of the facility so quickly you're left startled. It's weird to say I loved a trip to an MRI and CT scan facility, but I did. It's just so refreshing to go to a medical office, OR ANYWHERE, and encounter only good people and amazing efficiency."

"I took MRI on Mink and was extremely happy in my exam. After making my appointment, the day before Gloria called me to give all the information, but she was spectacular, very attentive, and calm. When I arrived I was answered immediately by Sonia, very sweet also, I had to fill out forms, of course, afterward, I was called for my exam. The clinic is super spacious, respecting all rules (COVID), with infrastructure and clean. Anyway, I recommend this clinic."
