"This is the second visit I’ve made it here. The first time was the worst experience in human interaction I could have experienced in the medical field. Neglect, rudeness, terrible people skills, all at the front desk level. Today’s visit the front desk staff were normal human beings, not overly nice but pleasant enough and not horribly unprofessional. I take this as a win! The xray techs have always been great. This was a 5- star visit today."

"The technician who did the ultrasound on me was so professional and so courteous. Her thoroughness was so appreciated. There was an issue showing on the ultrasound and the technician showed me this and educated me about the type of hernia this is. I have been a customer of Beverly Tower on and off for 7 years and I have always had a positive experience and I highly recommend Beverly Tower to anyone."

"Arrived early was greeted with friendly staff. The office was clean, and everyone was helpful and kind. I am claustrophobic and due to the kindness of the x-ray tech. She made my experience excellent. I would highly recommend your facility."

"Ladies in the front desk were very kind and helpful. I’m glad they told me to go to them after my mom’s test to get my parking ticket validated. My mom had an X-ray- esophagram. The doctor and assistant were awesome! My mom was about to have an anxiety attack and they were able to calm her down before it started. They made her feel at ease throughout the whole time she was in there."

"At first the scheduler person on the phone told me 9:30 for my appointment even tho it was 8:30 so I missed the first one and declared a no show. BUT when I went to the office the receptionist was very kind and took all my info and made it easy for me to come back. I got back, everything was cool. I went in pretty quickly after I was done signing things. The technician that took me to the room was so kind and down to earth. Made the process very nice. I was in a lot of pain because of my body but him offering me a pillow for under my legs REALLY helped. I was in for a while then actually fell asleep or something. When they pulled me out we had a quick laugh about it and on I went!"
