"Thank you to the management and Ben. We had reservations for several months. On the day we were to show up for our rooms, we had a medical emergency and had to cancel our reservations. Even though we were not legally entitled to get a fee-free cancellation, Belle Notte Inn did not charge us. Thank you for being so professional and compassionate. Ron Emilio"

"I stayed at Bella Notte for two nights and wish I could have stayed longer! It is very evident that the owners truly care about running a hospitable hotel and caring for the guests. Added luxury amenities such as a heated bathroom floor, personal Keurig, robes available, a large assortment of snacks and drinks in the lobby, and quality hygiene products all contributed to a refreshing stay during my birthday week. I stayed in a room near the road but never heard any disturbing traffic noise (I am a very light sleeper!) and did not hear much from any other guests nearby. There was also a man outside giving the building a fresh coat of paint while I was there, and overall the grounds and parking lot seemed well maintained. During my stay I told locals that I was staying here and they also commented that the owners and staff are great. I have stayed in other hotels in Santa Cruz and this place offers no contest - I will absolutely return here for future visits!
