Town House Motel 607 West 11th Street, Tracy, CA 95376

"Straight scammers. They change the prices every day, it seems like they just chose whatever price they want. The rooms are dirty, the towels were black and when I told the lady she said “No we just washed em”. They stare and watch people allot which made me uncomfortable & I kept hearing quiet knocks on my door and heard someone whispering in front of my door when I was there alone waiting for my boyfriend. They are rude and they made me pay for a broken door that I did not break. I hope this hotel gets shut down bc they are disgusting animals & all they do is rip people off. Never coming here again."

"My first day here, but I was 24h late due to flight and travel delays. I called ahead of time to inform them and Chris was very nice to secure a room for me (despite no deposit as they only take cash and I was out of town). The room so far is clean and nice. The bed is comfortable. I’m staying here a week for work and will come back next time."

"Rooms are very nice and clean. I used to stay here because of environment. I highly recommend this place because they got new management and renovated rooms. Couple who manage the property are very nice. Love the design of room and color combination. Place is safe and cozy. So if you’re looking decent and safe place no one can beat town house motel."
