Hampton Inn Tracy

"If I could put zero stars I totally would. My husband works out of town. Checked in late last night. Woke up early for work and worked all day. Took a shower got out going this bed big on his bed. He tried killing it it fell so he moved the bed and he found that nasty towel covered in them on the floor. The manager didn’t act as if it was a big deal at all. Wouldn’t refund my husband’s night last night. So he promptly checked out and left. She said she had to call the pest control first and get their information??!! Lady go check the room and look at these pictures it’s absolutely DISGUSTING!!! I have no idea what all that white powdered crap is there. I’m assuming they know they have an issue and are trying to cover it somehow. Horrible experience and horrible customer service. Do not stay here unless you want bed bugs and rude staff. Would NEVER RECOMMEND or stay here EVERRRR!!!! EDIT PRETTY CRAZY how I added the pictures of the bed bugs and the towel and the dirty white stuff but “ Conveniently won’t add the pictures”"

"Room was nice, quiet. Priya was super rude and made check in really difficult for us. Also, they didn’t openly notify us about this but they charged us $12 for open parking and no security guard which is super weird… Breakfast was great and made up for our obnoxious check-in."

"Stay here a few times every year. Now they charge $25 to drop my bag in my room 1 hour before check in. Where's my credit for checking out 6 hours early? Hope $25 was worth it as ill be giving my future stays to a different hotel in Tracy now."

"We had an emergency stay due to domestic violence and had to bring our dog. The staff was able to get us a room and a dog bowl and even dog treats. They were so helpful. We didn’t have ANY toiletries and they provided everything we left at home besides clothing. They even gave the kids a candy bar. Thank you Hampton! You guys were a life saver!"

"The rooms at the Hampton Inn Tracy were nice. They were comfortable, included a fridge and plenty of hooks for clothing. The only downside was the quality of the breakfast and the parking price. - On the weekends, there seems to be no eggs or protein of any kind, other than yogurt. The the week days they have eggs but not on the weekends :( I wish I would have known that. They only provided waffles and biscuits and gravy. Biscuits and gravy are super fatty and full of carbs. They should at least provide hard boiled eggs if they don't want to provide them scramble. - The parking was $12 a day even though there is plenty of free parking 10 feet away. They should lower the parking to free or at the most $5. $12 just sounds too expensive."
