"Everything from cleanliness to friendly service, to the proximity to restaurants....all here! Hot tub was nice, breakfast was fine. Coffee was available 24 hrs. The pool was cold, as it is not heated at this time of year. All in all great. Will return if coming through again!"

"Friendly staff, clean updated room in area close to food and shopping. Only downfall the hotub was cold during our stay. Hotel is under construction but did not disrupt our stay. Breakfast each morning was always stocked and ready to go which made it perfect for traveling with small children. Would reccomend and stay again."

"This place would rate high in my opinion if it weren't for the lack of service. Not all service because we were greeted and treated well when we arrived. I was in town for a birthday party and my brother and I decided to stay there because he has limited space at his home. It was clean and the room was very spacious. The only one thing that turned me off was that at 8:15am we got a knock at the door from the room service asking if we were checking out! Checking out?! I thought we had until 11am. Apparently they must have an 8 or 8:30 checkout time. Next time we will stay somewhere that gives more time to check out. It was a shame because I visit my brother a lot in town and would rather find a place that offers comfort as well as allows me to get what I pay for in every way."

"Excellent service! Travelling through the US and this has been one of the best hotels myself and my partner have stayed in. From checking into a very clean and fresh lobby to the best welcome from Grace at the front desk, Grace also went above and beyond for us dealing with our laundry dilemma. Special thanks again Grace and the team for making our stay one to remember. And not to forget the breakfast it was simple but simply brilliant with everything you need to start the day, they even asked if we had finished before they cleared the breakfast for the day, means a lot to be asked so thank you. We will stay here again. Your staff are great and deserve the recognition from management."
