"Apartment building is 64 yrs old. Big summing pool. Patio space, laundry room, grass area in the back, near store, church's,schools, library, restaurants, hospital and medical offices too. Ok to live at. Can be friendly ."
"I would not recommend this place at all. I have been living here for almost a year and it has been nothing but issues. This place has the potential of being a nice place if it was ran better. Unfortunately the property management have you go thru a company called Conservice for your utilities. Little did i know, conservice has a ton of bad reviews and has been accused of overcharging their customers. I was charged $700 for ELECTRICITY and when i called to complain they told me their meters were down and they were underestimating my usuage. There is no way i spent $700 worth of electricity in 3months... not to mention their meters "go dwon" a lot apparently and thats when they decide to price gouge you. Also, this place has a HORRIBLE cockroach infestation. I cannot wait for my lease to end!"
