"We had a great experience here. The check-in and out process was easy and clear. The apartment was great! The instructions for everything was laid out and clearly detailed. There was even music playing when we arrived! It was very welcoming. A few clarification things. There is a dishwasher but only soap for 1 load. Same with the clothes washer. We just did dishes by hand. With the diet restrictions we have a kitchen is a huge bonus. Everything was in good shape and functioned well."
"Very Poor Disliked · There is a Kennel just next to this property. So if you like to hear dogs barking all day, and especially at night, this is the right place to be. On top of that, BlueBird grabbed $250 fees on my credit card with no warning. I had to ask why, and they answered it was because I had a pet in the room.... But I didn't have any!!! And of course, I explained to them that I didn't have any pets, but they don't care... This is insane. Liked · pool and arcade for family"
"I lived here for 6 months. Place is incredibly expensive to justify its excellent amenities; gym, pool, event space, ect. One time I left my balcony door on ground level open for a week while on vacation and didnt get robbed. Made friends with the leasing office staff whom are very friendly"
"Terrible, if you rent one of their rooms through expedia. I am sorry, you will get little to no customer service. As well they will sneak a 100.00 fee on your booking, and not provide you any service. They will expect you to clean your own room, and take out your own garbage as well."
"They assigned me a room right on an intersection between two noisy streets. Relentless and truck noises, loud beeping, engine roaring and window rattling noises throughout night and into morning. Difficult to get any sleep. I asked if they could provide ear plugs and they said no. They are trying to see if they can change my room and they said they would try to change my room for this evening and it still has not happened. When I told customer service that I would have to sleep in the walk in closet, she did not expressly any concern or did not offer much help. Appalling customer service."
